Our brand of the month this month is Cavalier Genéve, which is a small boutique cigar brand that started in Switzerland and is gaining a lot of momentum both in the US and Europe. The company’s founder: Sebastien Decoppet grew up in Switzerland and moved to Honduras when in his 20’s to learn about tobacco and cigar making. He’s a great guy with a unique brand. All his cigars come adorned with a 24K gold leaf diamond that is both smokable and edible. The cigars are made at San Juda Tadeo in Honduras. Each order ships with a free Cavalier lighter.

GTO cigars are manufactured at the Tabacalera GTO in the Valle del Cibao area of the Dominican Republic. Their tobacco farm is located in Santiago, the heart of the Valle del Cibao region. The highly regarded farming region had Cigar Aficionado declare, "Valle del Cibao is to the Dominican Republic what the Vuelta Abajo is to Cuba." In the right soil and using their first generation Cuban seed tobacco, GTO produces some amazing blends from mild to wild.
